Careers
Interested in practical outdoor work and learning more about residential concrete driveways? We value reliable people who take care with preparation, communicate well and respect the properties they work on. The roles below describe the types of people we may look for as project demand changes; they are not confirmation of current vacancies.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing concrete driveways properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in concrete driveways or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
